General Secretary and Treasurer , if both rely upon Auditors ,Accountants ,Bankers and Managers feedback only for the daily operation and activities of fund management and movement then its serious question over the selective media trial.
Both were equally powerful and enjoyed similar respect and influence in the trust regardless of their physical presence at the place of activities.
It’s an established fact that Top management takes inputs and feedback with their executives and auditors only for the functioning of any organisation.
It’s surprising if someone absolves himself from his defined duties as per the trust deed and he never informed about the de facto situation of the post .
SRJTK is a public trust . Public largely believes that the trust is having a treasurer and Gen. Secretary of high repute and honesty apart from other members and outsourced skilled vendors. Therefore , when it comes to own the responsibilities at any moment of time ,if one distances himself from the same ;suggests that the public at large were kept in dark.
While SIT has to still disclose its findings , I personally feel that a further deep investigation is must for every transaction & real authority in effect at trust since the trust formation.
Nothing should be done in hurry.

If treasurer completely relies on to his personal CA from Pune who visits Ayodhya at every month end and reports him with the monthly financial activities and he was assured well as “….उन्हीं के भरोसे हिसाब के बारे में निश्चिंत रह पाता हूँ” ( Point No.4 last line -Page 2 of his statement on 5th July ) ; then it’s another question over the professional competencies of the person .
Also , is there any provision in the Trust deed that Treasurer can assign his own scrutiny /duty to a hired /trusted professional as a proxy ?
What’s written in the deed about the signatory/co-signatory/power of attorney and banking operation !!
Parasharan Ji was of the view that since Champat Ji has already tendered resignation then there’s no scope left to not accept as per by laws of the trust deed . He was unhappy and distressed with the development.
