Today I went to PSK Herald House ITO on appointed date and time.
At token counter all my documents got verified by a staff and assured me to later issue a token but to my surprise after 15 minutes they told all the applicants that due to server issue @passportsevamea @MEAIndia

@tumbledryindia My 2 pairs of shoes had been dispatched without confirmation. I want my shoes back as I don’t confirm for cleaning when I reached back pick my shoes they said it’s already been sent for cleaning and billed. I have raised ticket for the issue P1690 escalate it.

applications can’t be processed today so please reschedule the date of appointment for future my concern is on below mentioned points.

1. I need to have passport by 5th of august how I can now go on my urgent trip to outside India because my next appointed date is 26th august?
