@AppleSupport WiFi calling disabled after installing iOS 14.3 updates in my iPhone 7. With iOS 14.2 I was using JIO WiFi calling but not now after updating iOS 14.3. This is serious bug in software hence needs to be rectified immediately & WiFi calling restored for my iPhone 7.
