@AvivaUK You should never have taken the car in the 1sr place. I was told i would get one same day they pick up. Why have a hire car add-on when you don’t provide them?!
It’ disgusting! And again another afternoon they would call me back & havn’t. I wont be paying £300 excess when they cant fulfil their policy terms. “National shortage of hire cars due to brexit” was excuse 🙄. Shouldn’t have taken my car & lied I’ll have a hire car same day then

@AvivaUK Unsure what more you can do than the people on the phone. Unless you can get me a hire car 3 days ago then it wont be helpful. A complaint has been raised to try get one sooner, but told that takes 5 days for them to come back to me 🙃
Don’t pay extra for a hire car if your policy is with @AvivaUK. They’ll take your car, not provide a courtesy car like you’ve paid for. Going to be carless for 2 weeks & they won’t return my car which is drive able. Over 5hrs on the phone back & forth with no help! @BBCWatchdog
Having to cancel plans, losing money on booked events, self employed so losing hours working. Feeling very vulnerable when I have a 2yo & 111 advised to see OOH doctor but we couldn’t as unable to drive to site, treatment delay! I pay extra for hire car, as I cant be without one!
@ubereats_uk why do you accept orders when you clearly don’t have the drivers to fulfill? Been waiting over 1.5hrs and says driver is still at restaurant. You phone team are useless and just tell us to wait! But for how long? All night?
Since when was it acceptable to cancel a booking 2 weeks before it when it’s been booked for 8 months. And then re-list the exact room for 4 times the price?! @bookingcom
