The newly inaugurated 3 km long section on Ahmedabad-Vadodara, NH48 has reduced travel time from 20mins to only 2mins. Construction of ramps, service roads & a flyover at Dumad Junction has reduced traffic congestion towards Mumbai, Vadodara & Savli via NH-48 & NE-1 interchange.

Rajkot-Ahmedabad highway is under development for so long, on the highway there are no necessary signboards which can aid you in driving at night time. Really gives a difficult driving experience! Diversions, poor service roads and traffic at its peak!
