@tescomobile Whilst I appreciate you need to investigate these incidents and that mistakes will happen it feels like you penalise the customer for the companies error, she ordered the phone on the 19/9/25 and still hasn’t got one. she’s done nothing wrong yet she’s the one missing out 🤷🏻‍♂️

Daughter ordered a new phone from @tescomobile, they’ve taken a months payment up front for the contract and sent the wrong phone and 2 days later she still has the wrong phone and will have to wait 3-5 working days for them to investigate it and then wait for the correct one to

Wrong one but no and now someone has to stay In again not go to work or college or if it’s me not sleep as I work night shifts for not only the new phone to be delivered but the wrong one to be collected on a different day. I know one thing I won’t ever use @tescomobile myself.

@HMRCcustomers I’ve tried to register for self assessment on income but have had an email stating that it has failed due to the “address provided not matching your records” the address I entered is the same one as on the government gateway account and also on my HMRC app. Thanks
