Wonderful to see @CadetRSMLee with the new Sector Cdt RSM Pacestick. RSM Lee is the first recipient and she will present the Pacestick to our next Cdt RSM.

Hopefully soon we will be able to conduct a more formal presentation when we have returned to face to face training.

#Throwback to #VirtualAnnualCamp and the RSMI’s #Leadership presentation, and a task for #cadets to demonstrate a time they had demonstrated the #LeadershipCode behaviours. The #winner was LCpl Danis of 208 Willesden Detachment and his story of leadership on a DofE Expedition.

Observing a day of rest for cadets on Ex New Horizon today, so instead of reviewing the days events, let’s look ahead to next few days where we have some more tasks and challenges, virtual visitors day, and of course the final parade!
