@HiveHelper my hot water schedule is fine but my heating schedule says is not being I got into the app and change but it just reverts back, my thermostat says it’s using the schedule ! I’ve just checked the app says not in use but temperature has dropped below my target and the heating is on

@LloydsBank spent 90 minutes trying to get through to your security team this morning then gave up now been on the phone for a second time for 1hr 45 minutes... what sort of customer service do you call that? I appreciate you are busy but honestly this is just a joke!
