Looking for some help from fellow orthotists/ podiatrists. Just saw a patient with forefoot equinus and high arched foot posture. Does anyone know of any good resources to refer to regarding forefoot equinus or have any advice on management with foot orthoses?

@MPearsonPO I'm thinking TCI to start. Yes it is fixed. Pt never had any orthotics before. Now getting severe pain in calves.
