It’s a funny old world… I’m now (unwittingly) fundraising for the Tory party.

Check out this incredible e-mail fundraiser from @RishiSunak. He refers to me an eco zealot and eco fanatic, should I be flattered to have his attention? Nah I’d prefer he focussed on solving some of the issues the last 13 years of shambolic @Conservatives government have landed us with.

I find the whole thing quite hilarious, not least for this claim:

“While @UKLabour rely on the finances of eco-fanatics like Dale Vince, we rely on the support of ordinary people like yourself.”

Since when did the Tories rely on ordinary people for their funding….:)

They boast of tough new laws and 144 new arrests, which seemed a bit underwhelming to me given the threat to life as we know it which they describe. And it’s signed, not just Rishi Sunak - but ‘PM of the UK’ - for those that aren’t really sure what he does, which I suspect is a lot of people…

So there it is, I now help raise funds for the Tories… It’s quite mad and shows how desperate they are to make the climate their new favourite villain in the forever culture wars they fight.
