Initial call handler @OVOEnergy seemed to know more about StepChange and account holds than the ‘specialist’ she had to transfer me to to action my request 🥱 Been put on hold twice now by a ‘specialist’ for a very simple request that should take less than a minute 🤦🏻♀️
It’s happening again. Why does no one know who Stepchange are? A DMP is in place via StepChange. They advise this has been set up at their end. Yet im still being chased to settle my account in full or pay an excess fee? So I ring up to sort this out and still no one..z
Surely website needs to advertise that you can only prebook if you are going to eat too?

Stuck on a bus outside the Richmond @EE branch and not a single of member of staff came to help a blind man leave their store. He was walking into the window and searching all around. An ironic reminder not to stare at your screen and tune into the world around you instead
Part 2: the specialist team. I then received a push notification to say I have been part refunded for my order (amount not specified). I opened the notification but was unable to continue the conversation. This is not good enough. I am an Uber One customer @ubereats_uk
@ubereats_uk I ordered at 12:44 and knew there was an issue by 13:20. I tried to speak to a customer agent about this but kept being told to wait. I then spoke to 2 further agents who were equally unhelpful. The food finally arrived at 14:21 and my chat was passed to (part 1/2)

Hi @NOWTV I have ur app on an AmazonFire TV and on x1 firestick in another room. Neither are loading up shows at the mo. The buffering ring just goes around&around. I thought this may be down to my internet (although never been an issue before) but all other channel apps are fine
