@YourAlberta Is the payment program for kids 12 and under, or kids under 12? The former is referenced in the press release and media articles, but a different government webpage indicates the latter. Significant difference for those of us with 12 year olds.

Believe victims and support them in reclaiming themselves. Educate yourself about abuse.
Lately, I've seen a lot of "Writing is hard right now, but I managed to eke out 5,000 words today," and I just want to gently suggest you'd do a huge favor to your fellow writers by omitting the word count, as some of us never write 5,000 words a day, even on our very best days.
