@stefanoscalia Pretty sure Cupertino doesn't have a Mclearn dealer next to a volvo dealer next to a tesla place. I think maybe walnut creek does however thats a drive through a tunnel. PA still has some vibe.
Now do a fancy steak house dinner with an Oregon Pinot and run the numbers 1-2 bucks per beer at a brew pub is about right... the guys/gals depend on those ... now 10 bucks for a pint is another issue. Even here in beer central Oregon 6-8 a pint is right (plus no stupid sales tax)
@leadlagreport You will see the more at peace you become, the less you tolerate chaos. You'll stop explaining yourself to people committed to misunderstanding you and just do your thing.
and my favorite quote from a hunk of wood at hobby lobby is 'i want to be where the people aren't"....
I will say i had a Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer in my first home i built and those were the bomb. sounded like a jet plane taking off and the cleanest clothes. just not big enought when we started popping off kids so moved to a GE that's lasted 20 years. But man the FP was solid
@RoaringHammy Commie. I live in western Oregon and I run my two systems (up stairs and down stairs) in the winter at 70 degrees. That's why I live in America to be free to be in shorts and tevas year round :)
@ST33LY_DAN@JohnProv1 I've been playing with the 'iron butterfly' for a couple months after reading an option book on them. Fun trade.. interesting note is that tos and Schwab still says they are iron condors 🤷♂️
you should have rules when to take profits. For me if I opened the trade in the last 24 hrs and its up 30% i cash in. When it hits 50% or higher I take it. Part of it is how long its open and when exp is; but i'll take those quick wins over trying to juice a bit more when we are talking 100 dollar total credit; cash the 30 dollar bill. and do it again.
