@tristansummers For example, a common issue with 10GbE Thunderbolt adapter is disconnected the adapter and it breaking all port functionality on the computer until the computer goes through a hard shutdown.
Our Engineering patched this behavior so it doesn't happen on the Connect 10G.
@tristansummers Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure anyone but Marvell specifically makes a 10GbE NIC for Thunderbolt. Regardless, we are aware of some of the issues seen on these chipsets and have done R&D to best ensure they do not happen.
@NotAHirakuFan ChatGPT is kind of right. A Thunderbolt 5 connection can drive up to 4 monitors in some situations, without the use of MST or DisplayLink. The TS5 Plus can support 3 monitors at once via 1 DP and 2 USB-C/ TB ports, but 4 monitors are achieved by daisy-chaining another TB5 device.
