Been on hold to #TUIUK for 4hrs 6minutes now after being promised a call back which we didn’t receive. The line has now gone silent… maybe they’ve run out of on hold music!!

@HellyDouglas @LM_Oakbank @Ms_Langille @WandaGrobler Hey lovely ladies, has anyone else looked into this? It doesn’t seem to follow the same progression as the original SOW. Maybe good for the lower sets but in my opinion the ones that can need to be pushing onwards.
