Yes: it used to be long but now I train BJJ so I trimmed it. I do have a pretty legit stache.

Can you guess my theology 🤣
Back in my own home and reflecting on the last few days of business. I am really concerned about the level of influence/coercion the platform (@SBCExecComm) has on the business of the messengers. It is going to have detrimental results for the future of cooperation. 1/2
#SBC25
I have never met @TomBuck, even though we pastor not too far from each other, but I have watched him get the short end of the stick for years now.
This seems to be another attempt to interfere with transparency from the top executives of our convention.
#SBC25
This has happened more this year than in recent years, that I remember anyway, and it deeply concerns me as an SB. I feel like the @SBCExecComm gets to pick and choose what the messengers get to deal with. This is NOT a bottom up governance! 2/2
#SBC25
The President of the #sbcec, Dr. Iorg essentially told the messengers of #SBC25 that the EC was better equipped to address sensitive legal issues. The weight of the platform once again overwhelmed the messengers. 1/2
✅Step 1 complete.
Now we need step 2: 67% needed to pass the Law Amendment. Vote is scheduled for 3:05pm tomorrow.
Don’t leave early! Be in the room and let’s make it happen.
If you are at #SBC25 and want to see the Law Amendment passed, here is what you need to do to help make it happen:
-Juan Sanchez will move the adoption of the Law/Sanchez Amendment at first introduction of new motions (9:08am, Tue).
-The Committee on Order of Business (COB) will issue its first report that afternoon around 3:50pm. It is crucial that amendment supporters be there for that report.
-During that report, there will be a vote to suspend the standing rule requiring an automatic referral to the EC. The vote to suspend the standing rule is not up for debate and only takes a simple majority to pass. If the vote to suspend the rule fails, there will be no vote on the amendment at this convention. It’s crucial that amendment supporters be in the room for that vote.
-Spread the word to be in the room before 3:50pm for the report from the COB. Vote “yes” on suspending the standing rule.
-If we can get that rule suspended, the COB will announce a time for debate on the actual amendment.
