After Qxd5, there is Qg1 (best) or other queen moves to defend the Rook. Then white is up a Rook for a bishop and can probably win with how open Black’s King is.

@OdysseusCA @rowbott1 @ChessVonDoom This is most often the case with online puzzles. Sites like chesscom and lichess orient the board for the side to move.
In my experience, books in print orient to the white pieces and state the side to move.
