How do you facilitate the resection of an intradural component of a nerve sheath tumour?

Valsalva manoeuvre to 40cmH20, using CSF pressure to "pop" out the tumour.

Congrats Abdul Al-Shawwa who won the Debbie Scarlett Award for Best Paper for a med student/resident @spinecanada meeting. He is a 1st year medical student @UCalgaryMed.

His study on Advanced Imaging in Degenerative Cervical Myelopathy was supervised by Dr. David Cadotte. 🙌
