We recently hosted our 18th Annual Peripheral Nerve and Spine Surgery Cadaver Course. We had residents attend from 🇲🇽, Israel, and across 🇨🇦! Thank you to all the Faculty members, fellows, and @MichaelYangMD for directing this course.
Terry was one of the first patient to receive endoscopic spine surgery in Calgary. It is patients like him that drive us to push the boundaries of spine care.

Valsalva manoeuvre to 40cmH20, using CSF pressure to "pop" out the tumour.

Dr. Ken Thomas completed his 2-year term as the President of the Canadian Spine Society @spinecanada. Under his leadership he has taken CSS to new heights.

Congrats Abdul Al-Shawwa who won the Debbie Scarlett Award for Best Paper for a med student/resident @spinecanada meeting. He is a 1st year medical student @UCalgaryMed.
