The #Raiders have an opportunity to have two quality drafts in a row #RaiderNation thanks to Tom Telesco and the scouting department.

Stacking good drafts is not something this franchise has done in decades.

In fact, having one good draft, is not something this franchise does very often.

It changes the Outlook of a team when you can use free agency to surround your drafted talent with free agent veterans instead of having to use free agency to replace your failed draft picks.

Taking advantage of rookie contracts is key to making a franchise a perennial playoff contender.

I get we have waiting a long time, but this is the type of set up you want to have patience for.

I get it. Losing sucks. You naturally want to say, Fire AP or Telesco sucks, but let's be real.

This franchise has been trash for a while and hasn't been near a title since 1983.

AP will be fine, but we need to get him a roster that can compete.

He has the ability to grow with this roster and do something special.

I'm excited for the off-season. The team has a great opportunity to set this team up for the long term.

Keep AP, Keep Telesco, Go Get Your QB in the draft, retain your quality FAs, bring in quality FAs to fill holes, develop your young players and just win baby.
