Not only is this not at all what she said. It ruins the joke of her speach pattern. She's speaking *competent* Japanese with a hilariously broken non-native accent.

In the next line she says "固定観念に縛られる良くないデス" Which "you shouldn't be so bound by stereotypes like that" hilarious considering she's blonde and wearing an American flag.

She DOESN'T say "人は見かけによらぬもの" or similar which would be the "don't judge a book by it's cover' the whole gun thing is completely made up and a bad joke by a shitty translator who wanted to add their own HILARIOUS humor.

Same with the "founding fathers" line. It's not there. Made up.
Same with the "constitution" line. It's made up.
