FRIDAY! Más Citra - Single Hop Citra Hazy IPA
Citra brings bright citrus (think grapefruit and lime) balanced by floral tropical flavors (think passionfruit, lychee, mango). The result is tropical fruit salad in a beer. We are packaging now, should be on draft early afternoon!

@__SmithK @DrJenGunter We like guava in desserts too. The guava was inspired by tiki drinks, where tropical juice is in many drinks. Might not be everyones cup of tea, but we think the flavors work pretty well! Cheers

@LLeeki @DrJenGunter Its guavas and wine grapes fermented with wine yeast. Its dry, sparkling and complex. We haven't made beer for thousands of years, and don't have the attention span to make the same few beers over and over again. We think fun beats tradition, but thats just how we roll! Cheers!
