@ChaseSupport FYI, no one has fixed this yet. Instead I got a message this morning on my account quoting the same lie that I applied for a different offer and unless I had “more evidence” they weren’t responding further. Except no one has looked at the evidence I do have!

Instead I was told it was a lesser offer (20K points/$200 after spending $500) which is NEVER an offer I would have signed up for. I have screen recordings of me applying for the actual offer and getting approved with no mention of any other offer.

And I know this is happening to many other people over the last few days. Folks applied for a publicly available offer on the Chase site, got approved, and are now being told that’s not the offer despite tangible proof of what they applied for.
