Really bad experience with @StarHealthIns
I have 4 policies of my family with star health.
They had charged my twice for 3 policies due to errors in their system.
Now they aren't refunding the excess charged premium, instead they are forcing to adjust in next EMI. #Theft
@StarHealthIns , I must say your support team isn't efficient and supportive.
I have been following them from last 2 weeks, but they aren't willing to return the double charged premiums of 3 of my policies.

Unethical practices, poor customer support
I have 4 policies with @StarHealthIns which have autopay enabled.
But they keep reminding to pay premiums untill the due date, upon several reminders I have paid them manually.
But they still deducted the premiums via autopay
@StarHealthIns I have already mailed support team regarding the issue, even I have attached the screenshot of their mail, check this tweet thread.
But, I didn't got satisfactory solution

I have mailed them for the refund, but they adusted the amount for next premiums without my consent.
I have mailed them but their response is unsatisfactory and taking to much time.
It looks like @Meesho_Official is on a mission to scam and harass the buyers. Their support team @meesho_support is just kept promising delivery in 2-3 days, but nothing happens
I had placed an order (Sub Order ID 114700529415031872_1) on 25th Jan and it wasn't delivered yet.
@meesho_support I don't know how the @Meesho_Official@meesho_support internal communication goes, but this totally absurd, Order is sent back to the merchant on 14th Feb but it isn't showing cancelled yet and no refund is initiated yet
I would rather pay 100+ on Amazon to buy the same product

Their traffic was continuously tanking from past few months due to Google updates
Since the Google has started Showing UGC content their Forum section has saved them dropping further
