What compensation will American offer for failing to get us there in time and declining to put us on an available Delta flight that *would* get us there on time? thx 3/3
Hey @AmericanAir, my mom paid about $5K to fly me and my son out to help her with eye surgery and recovery after my dad passed. But after our middle leg was cancelled, American couldn’t get us out there until *after* her surgery 1/2
There was a flight available on Delta, but American wouldn’t book us on another airline. I had to buy the last 2 connecting tickets myself from Delta while waiting for the first leg of our trip on American to board—otherwise we wouldn’t get there in time 2/3
@Tish_H_Warren disappointd 2 read yr nytimes op ed that it's an "inevitability" 4ppl w some health conditions & disabilities 2b denied access 2 common worship u say r so important 2community. Such inequity isnt inevitable. It's direct consequence of decisions you're advocating :(
@nirav_mainecdc Agree with your tweets. Please partner with @umaine_ccids to address disparities in covid disability data. We have $ avail for a partnership. We measure what is important to us

@Crystala1@TheDailyShow It still exists at the federal level. But several states have passed laws to eliminate subminimum wage within their borders. Current status at https://t.co/xxPO57LpRS
PARIS HILTON ON BOARD WITH LD 1373 TO BETTER REGULATE RESTRAINT AND SECLUSION OF SCHOOLCHILDREN. #ld1373 thank you, and thank you to the Maine Legislature!
@nirav_mainecdc Thank you. But what about group homes and people receiving home support who share staff w other ppl? Will they also get universal testing? And will factories also get universal testing? These are groups at risk, with outbreaks nationally and in Maine
Tripling of testing capacity? That's better than the doubling that they seemed to have in mind. It's falls far short of what would he required for truly widespread testing. So...glass half full? #COVID19#covid19ME
Some people think #COVID19 is an excuse to toss the ADA out the window. It’s not. Include #disability justice & #accessibility when creating new policies & programs. #NobodyIsDisposable https://t.co/5VpJaIOsmP
