I think you missed the plot.

I graduated from West Point.
I went through Army flight school.
I learned to fly the AH-64 Apache.
I deployed to combat and flew 55 combat missions over Baghdad.

Nobody handed me a cockpit because of my skin color.

Nobody lowered the standards for me.

Nobody looked at me and said, “Let’s check a diversity box.”

That’s what people like you don’t seem to understand.

Suggesting that Black pilots, Black engineers, Black doctors, or Black leaders need special preferences to succeed is not empowering, it’s insulting.

I didn’t want a different standard.
I wanted the same standard.

And when you’re flying into combat, the American people don’t care what race the pilot is.

They care whether the pilot is qualified.

Merit isn’t racist.
Excellence isn’t discriminatory.

And reducing every achievement to skin color says far more about your worldview than it does about mine.

The Carroll case rests on a judicial forgery.

The first jury said no to rape. They found only sexual abuse. They never identified any specific act.

Judge Kaplan filled the gap himself. He declared the jury must have found digital penetration because the damages award was too large for anything less. No jury ever said those words. Kaplan supplied them.

He then ordered the second jury to treat his invention as established fact. Accept it as true. Move on.

Issue preclusion requires what the jury must have decided, not what a judge prefers it decided. Kaplan acted as both judge and jury. That is a Seventh Amendment violation.

The specific act mattered. The first jury's "no" on rape could have meant it rejected Carroll's full story. Kaplan chose the inference that advanced the narrative and discarded the rest.

Rule 49(a) is not a tool for post-verdict fact creation. No court has ever given preclusive effect to a finding made to resolve a remittitur motion. Until now.

This is outcome engineering from the bench. The second verdict was built on sand the judge poured himself.

There was never a water main break at the Georgia State Farm Arena during the 2020 election. It was a diversion tactic to commit fraud. But there was some of the most compelling election fraud ever caught on video.

There was over 1.7 MILLION original ballot images missing in the GA 2020 election, which prevented a proper audit and the authentication of ballots, covering up the fraud.

There were thousands of duplicate and fraudulent ballots, all with the same exact marks, and signatures, and video of the same stacks of fraudulent ballots being run through election machines all throughout the night until Joe Biden cleared the margin of victory.
