🚨 Teen charged with raping two high school girls and one of whom needed neck surgery after being strangled just had his case dismissed and sealed.

JESSE BUTLER was given youthful offender status in Oklahoma.

He completed the program and the charges were dropped one day before his 19th birthday.

The case will now be expunged as if it never happened.

During the final hearing, the defense claimed the perpetrator suffered more than the victims.

The new District Attorney said it made his “blood boil.”

Two victims.

No prison time.

Case erased.

🚨 “Friends” allegedly got a Black girl with epilepsy so drunk she blacked out — they brutally beat her and threatened to kill her.

According to the victim, the girls invited her over knowing she had epilepsy and mental health issues.

They got her extremely drunk until she blacked out.

She says she has no memory of the night and couldn’t press charges at the time because there was no proof until this video came out.

They called her a friend while using her vulnerabilities against her.

In June 2025, 78-year-old Lawrence Gammon died of natural causes inside his home on Tottenham Drive in Houston, Texas. His body was discovered in an advanced state of decomposition after out-of-state relatives requested a welfare check.

Gammon’s family hired Unique Green, also identified in court records as Michael Green, to handle his funeral arrangements through A Community Funeral Home.

The family provided Green with Gammon’s personal information by email.

Investigators said Green then filed a fraudulent will claiming to be Gammon’s common-law spouse and the sole heir to his estate.

Prosecutors said Green had no known relationship with Gammon before his family hired the funeral home.

While posing as Gammon’s widow, Green allegedly took control of his home, three vehicles and nearly $2.2 million from his bank and retirement accounts.

Investigators said Green also opened an account titled “Estate of Lawrence E. Gammon” using a falsified death certificate.

Gammon’s family became suspicious after paying for funeral services they said were never provided.

Authorities later determined Green had allegedly been operating A Community Funeral Home without a funeral director or embalming license.

Investigators said Green submitted forged documents to the Texas Funeral Service Commission, including paperwork falsely claiming military experience as an embalmer.

Green also allegedly forged the signature of a former employee to make it appear that she had authorization to operate the funeral home.

On November 7, 2025, Green was arrested in a separate forgery case involving a fraudulent lien document.

On November 21, 2025, police raided A Community Funeral Home during an ongoing funeral service.

The service was stopped and transferred to another funeral home while investigators removed business records, electronics and dozens of boxes containing cremated remains.

Court records said some families had been waiting since 2023 to receive their loved ones’ remains.

Gammon’s cremated remains were allegedly among those recovered.

In July 2026, Green was arrested on five felony charges, including theft, forgery and tampering with government records.

A judge set Green’s total bond at $800,000.

On July 28, 2026, Green was released from jail after posting bond.

On July 31, Green appeared at the Harris County courthouse and denied wrongdoing while refusing to answer questions about the alleged forged documents and stolen estate.

As a condition of release, Green is prohibited from directly or indirectly planning end-of-life services in Harris County, accepting money for those services or representing herself as qualified to perform them.

Green’s attorney said she maintains her innocence and claims there is an explanation for the evidence against her.

Additional victims have not been ruled out.
