@HMRCcustomers Good morning, I have been on my P60 and I have paid £11054 in tax for the year. When I go onto the tax calculator it says I should have only paid £10581.88. could you verify that I should be entitled to a rebate or check this out for me please?

@SAFCNathn That was nothing short of embarrassing. I had it in a lucky 15 EW. Absolutely cruising behind a wall of horses and decides to push it out when the race was over. I'm not saying it would of got to the winner but if he let the handbrake off then it would certainly of been closer

In your contract it should state that you work a 'reasonable' amount of overtime. But what is reasonable to you and what's reasonable to the employer is up for debate.
I think it would be difficult to warrant being sacked.
Some companies maybe a lot stricter
