In the early hours of June 2, 2026, the EDGE token experienced a severe and sudden price dislocation, dropping approximately 71% from around $1.12 to a low of roughly $0.32 within approximately one hour, before recovering and stabilizing in the $0.63–$0.71 range.
We believe this was a deliberate and targeted attack. The perpetrator appears to have exploited a combination of factors: thin on-chain DEX liquidity during low-activity trading hours, high leverage in perps, and cascading CEX liquidity conditions, engineered to trigger a flash crash.
We are actively in communication with the relevant CEXs to obtain accurate data on market maker activity and liquidity conditions at the time of the incident. Here is what our team is doing right now:
- Gathering evidence and reconstructing the full sequence of events, because we owe that clarity to ourselves, our users, and the broader market.
- We have posted a 200,000 USDC on-chain bounty for anyone who can identify the entity or entities behind the attacking wallet addresses, or provide information that materially assists in that identification. Please open a discord ticket. https://t.co/MXmJRJz8Te
We will share updates as meaningful findings emerge.
We're grateful for all partners and users supporting us in this difficult time.
I still see lots of people shilling alternative/new perp dex's
I get the thought behind it - I was the guy shilling Variational and Extended when they had 200 users (and everyone was doubting them)
But the difference is that MANY of these new projects are super extractive, not innovative, and are being shilled by paid KOLs
I chose and shilled the projects I did, after countless hours of research, testing, and calls with these teams
The narrative with these extractive KOLs is 'this project is newer than those ones, it must be better'
Derteil is one of the best in the business, and we have the same philosophy with this. If I don't believe in the project, and don't use it myself, I won't promote it
Too many people are being fooled by KOLs who are just drawn in by the cash, and don't care about their followers profiting at all
At a bare minimum, please do some of your own research guys!
The guy with the 'insert project name badge' is obviously gonna tell you that is a good project which you should be using😂
Yeah I'd say you should give it a try
Theres a 2 week competition going on right now for TradFi (RWAs) - make sure you sign up in the competition tab
You need 250k volume minimum so not sure how low capital youre meaning, but if you can get there in 2 weeks, thats a good plan
The competition should give bonus points on top of airdrop points youll get anyway
OMNICALLUM if you need an access code
Damn fair enough. In a scenario that HYPE dumps, most will completely roundtrip, so well played for securing profits
Variational team basically have said that points will end sometime before the end of Q3
And TGE soon after that
Definitely read the docs and do some DD 🫡
Feel free to use my ref if you end up trading there, can send you back 50% of your fees too :)

For people who say Hyperliquid is overvalued - look at the charts
There's still a 10X from here to get to BNB's old All time high Market Cap
That would put hyperliquid:native at $700+
