Let's all agree on one thing: the iPhone has reached a saturation point.

Year after year, we're getting little to no meaningful upgrades, with Apple mostly slapping a more powerful chipset on the same formula and calling it innovation.

And with the price hike this year, it's getting harder to justify. Most of these upgrades could have happened years ago, and there's nothing extraordinary here that others haven't already done before.

At this point, Apple needs to do more than just make the same iPhone slightly faster every year.
