The UK has the largest defence budget in the EU-15 as a share of GDP. Scotland's share is £3.3 billion.
If defence spending in Scotland was aligned to the EU-15 average, it would be £2.2 billion.
The difference, £1.1 billion, would pay for a 17% increase in pensions.
