@AmazonHelp I have the chat now

[Shelly S. @Calumfan1]

@UPS I tried online for help. But my package that says was delivered is not the package from Amazon. It is a package from express scripts. Where is my package from Amazon?

[Shelly S. @Calumfan1]

@AmazonHelp It’s not addressing the fact that the incorrect package was scanned as being an Amazon package when it was an express scripts package we were expecting

[Shelly S. @Calumfan1]

@AmazonHelp I did the chat after selecting those and it said to check back tomorrow.

[Shelly S. @Calumfan1]

@AmazonHelp I tried the link but when I do it says I have to wait until dec 1

[Shelly S. @Calumfan1]

@ShanDScott @RobHeatherly1 You gave me the best birthday present today by being strong and incredible and pushing through your illness to get better. I love you so so much
