@UltraRunner26 This is good to hear, I thought I was just an idiot. I run recreationally but hadn’t raced, but then entered a local 5K and got caught up in the excitement and it ended up being a 22 minute almost sprint. Max HR all the way. Brutal. For context on the time, I was 58.
@CtrlRdFeed@Alan_Couzens I don’t know how people do it. Been reading so much about Zone 1 and running slow to run fast, I tried to run slow today. I’m 61.
@GuruAnaerobic Once quiet suburbs are becoming loud also with constant dog barking. People no longer accept that there are responsibilities that come with dog ownership….like not letting your dog bark constantly.
@brainsmatter_x@RecruitsBama@CollegeFrontOfc This guys numbers are BS. Indiana had a HUGE NIL last year and continued to throw it around this year. They have a billionaire (Mark Cuban) funding it.
Michigan should be on the list too. Look what they are paying Underwood.
@taggartvanetten@higdonmarathon I think the whole “don’t work so hard” movement has jumped the shark. It’s 90% of what I see from health influencers online these days.
I’m like “I get it…you’re getting old, lazy, and soft…you don’t need to be embarrassed and try to drag us down with you”
@js_ace_football@JBook_37 Ohio State subsidizes more varsity sports than any team in the B1G and than any school in the country except Stanford. (Ohio State subsidizes at a higher level than Stanford, but I think Stanford has one more varsity sport)
