@Luba1725154@JohnStossel@elonmusk Since you can’t even properly justify your point, just keep uttering meaningless sentences. It’s free speech after all isn’t it! Haha
@jeremiaholdfath@Budgetdog_ True, a lot, A LOT!! of people were severely affected by the USAid thing. But that didn’t mean USAid wasn’t WASTING A LOT of money either! That was basically people getting paid lots of money for barely doing work across the entire system.
@EdGeeDetroiter@JohnStossel@elonmusk Oh guess what, all that money received has gone to making a very safe electric car for the ordinary man, supporting NASA with the ISS and internet deprived regions of the world.
Unlike the politicians! So yes, that’s a lot of creating.
@parthenon200bc@JohnStossel@elonmusk You talk about SpaceX making profit as if they’ve achieved their desired operational stage. Isn’t their biggest money taking project still ongoing? Moreover while Starlink is in profit.
Tesla’s profits may be declining, but they sure are still PROFITS!
@VSnetterton@JohnStossel@elonmusk And how many ordinary workers were turned into millionaires at SpaceX? Lemme guess, non?
Look, this is life, a human cannot be perfectly good in everything. But just cause one thing failed and costed a lot of people, that doesn’t mean you write them off in all others.
@Luba1725154@JohnStossel@elonmusk He doesn’t take. He gets paid by the government for the things he is offering.
The government doesn’t just give money.
@JCh505@JohnStossel@elonmusk And how many did he earn?
If you did something that was a lot better than what everyone offers and did it at a cheaper price, you’d win too. That surely isn’t stealing. That’s getting paid for what you’re offering isn’t it?!
@Sargonarhes@JohnStossel@elonmusk Liquid hydrogen which is to be used as the fuel is very difficult to deal with. Molecules are too tiny and so it leaks. Even in rockets it’s an issue, now imagine an everyday car. It is also very expensive compared to battery tech, which is getting better and cheaper.
@KyleWatson16398@JohnStossel@elonmusk So if you lobby for your companies to operate and you produce a product that’s cheaper for the public that’s paying the taxes, isn’t that a good thing for those taxpayers?
