No one is talking about how Dems winning 4 new trifectas (AZ, MI, PA, WI) would give them enough electoral votes to pass the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact before 2028.

The deadline is 7/20/2028. Lawsuits will follow, but a national popular vote has never been closer!
