Agreed. As a physicist it is misleading to talk about running out of things. We have plenty of atoms. We have plenty of energy income to rearrange these atoms into increasingly valuable configurations. But, do we have the appetite to create the new economics of abundance?

What we see around us today is not scarcity. What we see around us today is poorly managed abundance.

Why? Because our economic system assumes perpetual scarcity. When faced with abundance, it imposes artificial scarcity.

We need to reform our system to assume rising abundance.
