This is unsustainable. Government must take urgent action to #RebuildGP now. #TeamGP

Yesterday's @Telegraph article from @lauradonnlee shows the dismal decline of GP practices in England since 2016.
Government is leaving patients without GPs, and continuity of care is being left at the wayside.
Patients want the return of the family doctor. We must #RebuildGP.
In the 6 months from March to August this year, GP practices have delivered nearly 150,000 more appointments per day than they did in the same period in 2019.
