I didn’t get on one knee for George Floyd, and I won’t be doing it for Henry Nowak either. I’m not into performative politics, and I’m not pathetic enough to think kneeling makes someone a better person.
Sorry,not sorry.
🚨WOW: Hundreds gather in Scarborough, Perth, Australia, to honour murdered British teen Henry Nowak.
They take the knee in tribute and proudly wave British flags high.
Australian patriots stand strong with Henry Nowak. 🇬🇧🇦🇺
@rishiviate Cargo flows aren’t shuffled around like parking spaces, they are built on dense, existing logistics networks, customs capacity and demand. Heathrow is used because it works. Pretending it’s interchangeable is just ignorance.
This is economic illiteracy disguised as common sense.Heathrow isn’t just a passenger airport;it’s a critical freight hub moving high-value goods, medicines and industrial components. “Just send it to Stansted”ignores how logistics networks, trade and infrastructure actually work.
Why on earth are dedicated cargo flights permitted into London Heathrow (LHR)?
The logic for this, given the scarcity of capacity at London Heathrow for passenger flights, is beyond me.
It's high time the UK government intervened to stop such flights.
Such flights can operate to/from London Stansted (STN).

MAJOR BRITISH RETAILERS AXE 18,000 JOBS AS LABOUR’S TAX AND MINIMUM WAGE HIKES BITE HARD
High-street giants including Boots, B&Q, Iceland and several major supermarkets have started mass redundancies after the new National Living Wage rose to £12.21 an hour and National Insurance contributions for employers jumped to 15%.
The total cuts across the retail sector now stand at more than 18,000 roles in the past year alone, with insiders warning thousands more are expected before Christmas.
Retail bosses say the combined £8 billion extra annual cost from Labour’s policies has left them with no choice but to slash jobs and hours to stay afloat.
Many of those affected are part-time workers, women and young people who relied on flexible shifts to fit around families or studies.
The British Retail Consortium warned the hikes are “pushing retailers to the brink” and will ultimately mean higher prices for shoppers.
This is the direct result of Labour’s first Budget decisions now hitting the high street.
BREAKING: Europe's first Universal theme park is being built in the UK with £1.3bn in taxpayer support, it has been announced
Chancellor Rachel Reeves says that 'the £1.3bn is for infrastructure. It is for the roads and a new railway station.'

"All it would have took was to bend the knee in Henry's memory"
I don't want the police bending the knee for anybody. Either you want a politically neutral police or you don't. You can't have it both ways.
