@flybe trying to pay for a flight with my @AmericanExpress but it keeps coming up with an error message saying ‘your credit card verification number needs to be between 3 and 4 digits long’ but there’s no field to enter a verification number?

@easyJet What’s there contact number? I’ve done the airline lost property form online but still no update on it. It’s really frustrating, I’m now 2 weeks without my laptop which has a lot of valuable things on it.

@easyJet the systems you have in place for lost luggage/items is absolutely woeful!!!😡

I left my laptop in the back cover of the seat in front flying from Jersey to LGW on Sunday eve.

The flight didn’t get checked and now it could be anywhere around the world?👍🏻 #niceone

@easyJet Surely it’s in the cabin crews job role to check the flight after it lands? I just don’t understand how there’s been no update in 11 days despite numerous phone calls and checking my airline lost property status multiple x a day.

@easyJet The flight didn’t get checked. I know this because I went straight to the easy jet customer service desk and they called through to be informed that they had locked it straight after the passengers had left. And it was off to Spain first thing in the morning.

I’ve already spoken to 5 different people today. They were either clueless or there was a language barrier .

This laptop is literally my business as I work a lot online. If it’s resolved very soon I’ll not be flying with EJ again.
