2 years since I’ve quit alcohol
2 years since I’ve quit porn + masturbated
5 years since I’ve quit marijuana
If you can’t control yourself, you’ll never control your life
I’m writing this from a beach in Europe, reflecting on the fact that I’ve spent almost the entire year outside America.
It’s been beautiful.
But man I miss my guns
Albania taught me not every country is trying to make you feel comfortable the second you arrive.
They like to study you first
Who are you
Why are you here
Are you respectful
Are you moving weird
Then once there’s familiarity, they open up
Old-world social intelligence.
One fascinating thing about the past 10 years of politics when you zoom out is that its overwhelmingly forced both sides to critically reevaluate their core beliefs
We are just at the beginning, but this will be unravelling drastically over the coming years
Trump truly consumes the mind of Europeans in a way I cannot comprehend
I was in Italy and after just 3 days, 3 separate High Net Worth clients have mentioned his name within the first conversation of us meeting each other
They are at the behest of Trump.
Walked into a luxury villa in positano worth €4,800/night. Owner is hosting me for free because i’m putting it on my platform.
This is what building looks like when you stop asking for permission

Spent the last few months in lisbon, spain, naples, and positano. Every city has the same type of person - left their hometown, figured it out as they went, wouldn’t trade it. We find each other everywhere
I walk the streets of Albania and they all pay unnecessary homage, telling me they admire “Krumping” and they are in a Hip Hop dance group.
It makes me reflect on all the cultural impact Black culture has
People who cant even speak english relate to black culture in an interesting way.
Black culture became one of the most exported cultural forces on earth
Not because “everyone is trying to be Black”, but because a lot of what people think is cool, masculine, stylish, rebellious, confident, rhythmic, street, luxury, expressive, or “dangerous” has been heavily shaped by Black culture
Rap, hip hop, slang, streetwear, certain dances, bravado, “boss” energy, athlete culture, club culture, even the way people pose, flex, talk, and move online. A lot of that came through Black American culture, then got exported globally
Im in a gym in a small town in Albania, and every day over the speakers I hear some of the hardest old school gangster rap you can imagine. Songs even I have never heard of.
The same goes for when I walk into an all-white girly coffee shop in Paris
Or a barbershop in Italy.
People don’t drift from God because they “lost faith.”
A lot of them never truly believed in the first place. It was association by proximity. Their family went to church. Their friends went to church. They were around the language, the songs, the routine, the culture, so they confused familiarity with the Spirit of God.
But being near faith is not the same as having faith.
That’s the difference between a believer and a non-believer.
A believer may struggle. A believer may question. A believer may go through seasons of pain, silence, temptation, confusion, or distance.
But nothing can fully disrupt the connection between them and the Almighty.
Thats the difference.
Its a covenant.
The fire was never meant to destroy you.
It was meant to burn away everything in you that was not God.
The pride
The fear
The lust
The doubt
The need to be seen by people who could never even recognize what God placed inside you
The fire is how God purifies a man.
The pressure is how God reveals what is real.
God had to strip you of your impurities so when he looked at you, He could see Himself in you.
And trust you with more.
