@ElijahEv8 If it was up to me, I’d go with Antonacci, Peters, Grichuk, Montgomery, and Nishida. The positional versatility, youth, and speed / power combo is the appeal
I’d also bring up Jacob Gonzalez for Acuña to let him get DH at bats + backup IF
@ClintRLamb@ClintRLamb any rumblings about Duke Johnson? The physical traits (transitioning from safety in HS) suggested a LB who could thrive in space. Just a crowded room with a lot of talent right now?
@ClintRLamb Wonder if a front like Pierre, Thompkins, Simmons, Zulu allows them to maintain some size at DT and have both edge rushers at 250+, giving you run/pass versatility on D
@ClintRLamb At the end of the day, they have a flurry of DL who can seemingly play multiple spots and are competing for playing time - hoping that competition breeds growth and success!
@ClintRLamb Not a starter at this moment. You and others have said, rightly so I believe, to “watch out when he puts it all together.” Steve’s power and physicality displayed in the ULM & Eastern Illinois games was something I haven’t seen from a Bama DT in years. Hoping he can stack reps!
