This week’s holiday away skiing, has reminded me how important it is to try something new! The buzz of learning a new skill, and surprisingly falling down a hill multiple times 😂, has really done wonders for my mental health!

A1.@sportscotland@YouthSportTrust#Fitforgirls Solutions Workshop is a fab programme aimed to get girls between 11-16 active. It aims to enhance female experiences in sport, especially in high school where there is a massive drop off in girls participation. #SportHour#YPSP
It was another busy #SportHour last night. If you missed our discussion on leadership in sport you can catch some of the highlights here👇

A3. I was involved in the Generation Project run by @TrystSports. It aims to bridge the gap between young people and the elderly in the Larbert community. It's fantastic, young people were given the opportunity to lead sessions for inactive members of the community. #SportHour
A2. I would like to see more trust in young leaders locally. I have been lucky with my experience @Furybball1 that has shown my age doesn’t limit my ability to lead or make a difference in my community. Unfortunately not all young people have had the same opportunity. #SportHour
A1 #SportHour | There are so many great answers so far!
We passionately believe in the power of sport to change lives, and by empowering young people with disabilities into leadership roles they can build skills and use their voice to develop themselves and shape PA & sport
A1. I think that sport is essential in the development of future leaders. Sport is one of the best ways for young people to better themselves as individuals, learn to work as a team and most importantly enjoy themselves in the process. #SportHour@sportscotland
