As sad way for it to end that doesn't sit well with me, 12 months ago we were celebrating a league title, have endured a tough season no doubt, a league title surely gives you a another chance. Thanks for number 20. Even more focus on the board going forward.

As we enter into March that sees the ene of the cross-country season for me. This year's Nationals in Sedgefield was a great event, my highest Nationals finish and a good way to end the season!

Last race of the year at Telford 10k and a new pb of 33:48 💪 enjoyed the alternate route and think there is more in the tank with some better pacing. Once again a great event to be part of so well done to the organisers 👍

@nath_baker94 For a first time half I reckon 75 to 78 depending on course and how well suited he would be for the longer stuff, sometimes that speed endurance develops a little later
