@spalinskipatryk Ten sam model co w Izraelu. Na wczoraj. Obowiazek służby wojskowej dla każdej osoby niezależnie od płci. Oczywiście po osiagnieciu odpowiedniego wieku(np koniec szkoly średniej)
@Piegziu Nieco ponad 5 lat temu nasi kierowcy utkneli w UK gdy Francja zamknela granice podczas negocjacji Brexitowych. Ambasada nie zrobiła nic by pomóc chlopakom w 30km korkach poza tym że przyjechal jeden chlop i rozdal po butelce pol litrowej wody 😂 cala pomoc zorganizowala Polonia
@burnthemallnero@h2av8tor@visegrad24@radeksikorski Poland isn’t given money by Germany.
EU contributions are formula-based (GNI). Poland pays 0.8–1% of its GDP into the EU budget.
Net EU transfers to Poland equal 1.5–2% of GDP annually.
Poland’s economy is €800bn+. Over 97% of its GDP is domestic output.

@eagleeye2805 I genuinely don’t care about any reparations mate. The past is the past. Life’s good, and I don’t personally know anyone who actually wants this debate reopening-except for populist politicians. Both sides suffered losses. It’s time to move forward.
Stefan Banach was a brilliant and unconventional mathematician who ignored social norms.
He wore short-sleeved shirts, loved football, and enjoyed dancing so much that he sometimes paid orchestras to play until morning.
On occasion, he came straight from an all-night dance to his 8 a.m. lectures, still dressed in a tailcoat, disheveled and exhausted—once even falling asleep at his desk.
His fame spread worldwide. Norbert Wiener, the founder of cybernetics, sent John von Neumann to Lviv several times to persuade Banach to move to the United States.
In 1937, when Banach asked how much Wiener was willing to pay, von Neumann handed him a check with just the number “1” on it and said, “Add as many zeros as you want.” Banach replied, “Even all those zeros are not enough to make me leave Poland and my friends.”

@lemberger_28 @USAmbPoland Tadeusz Kościuszko wrote in Polish, served as a Polish general, led a Polish uprising and devoted his life to Poland.
That’s how he defined himself in practice and how his contemporaries knew him.
Claiming he “was not Polish” is simply historical denial.
