@elonmusk And that instead I could choose the leasing option since the savings of the federal tax credit would be forwarded to me - I am not interested in the leasing option. I'm interested in the ownership option that I originally signed up for and the installation date that was agreed.

I signed up for Solar Panels+PowerWall 3 over 5 months ago back in May. I was told that I had signed up in time to have the installation performed by December 15-December 17. I'm now being told this is not possible due to surge in demand?

@elonmusk Today they reached out and told me that installation would not be possible by the agreed upon timeline. Now they are telling me that I would not be eligible to receive the Federal Tax Credit if I chose the financing option.

@elonmusk Prior to this I was told that they were unable to find anyone in the area to install the required upgraded panel because the price they quoted for the project was too low. They managed to correct this issue by agreeing to cover the delta of what the cost would be.
