@DHLCanadaHelp I'm being massively overcharged for duty fees (53% on a $50CAD consumer electronic that should only have a 7% fee for duty and taxes) and I cannot get a hold of a International Mail Delivery Expert over the phone.

@DHLCanadaHelp I'm being charged $25.30 CAD duties + taxes on an item I paid $50 CAD (total incl shipping). That is a 53% duty + tax fee which is just not correct. It says the tax rate would be 7% and that there would be no duty charges. Why are you charging an extra 46% in fees? This is crazy!

@DHLCanadaHelp What I don't understand is why I am being charged MORE than duty and taxes. Your EXTRA DHL fees are not clear and I want to know EXACTLY how much DHL is taking extra. I used the Duty and Tax calculator on Government of Canada's website and this is what I should be paying
