Your regular reminder that the Trump administration is actively refusing to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who has been fighting in court since August to be deported to Costa Rica, which has repeatedly agreed to take him.

Instead, the Trump admin wants to deport him to Africa.

This is INSANE. Here's DHS *still* attacking Judge DuBose, even though:

- ICE told the DOJ attorney he was not permitted to tell Judge DuBose the man seeking release was wanted for murder; and
- The DOJ attorney followed ICE's request and did not disclose that fact to the judge!
