After killing one person without warning or trial, the US government let two other survivors die a horrible death by drowning after clinging to wreckage.
Despite knowing this was a possible outcome, the US government deliberately did not stage search and rescue ahead of time.
This is FALSE. The person arrested came as a 6-year-old in 2001 during the Bush admin (his parents overstayed their visa). He was granted DACA over a decade ago, and had not gotten into trouble in the years since it.
Whether he’s guilty will be decided by a court of law.
If he has DACA by definition he is not an "illegal immigrant," he was legally residing here. Also, he "failed to leave" when he was 6, so the phrasing Fox uses to suggest it was a chocie on his part is nonsense.
Whether he's guilty, who knows. That's up to a jury of his peers.
The Supreme Court agrees to hear Genalo v. Black,* which will decide whether there is a point at which pre-removal-order "mandatory detention" violates the Constitution when it becomes prolonged (years in jail with no decision or bond hearing).
*but they may dismiss it as moot.
As always, your regular reminder that despite having every law enforcement agency of the federal government and billions of dollars worth of surveillance tools available to them, the Trump admin has managed to find a grand total of zero (0) "paid agitators."

#ICYMI: Even children face a judge alone in deportation proceedings. The options are: hire an expensive private attorney, find a rare nonprofit attorney, or represent themselves.
Oh so NOW they are opposed to mask bans and insist on wearing masks. I thought you couldn’t breathe and they looked stupid and were a part of a woke left conspiracy? So interesting how the story changes.
ICE's flight taking persecuted people from safety into a civil war is on its final leg to the Central African Republic, a country so dangerous the United States recommends all Americans avoid traveling there for any reason whatsoever.
So much for supporting the people of Iran.
Completely outrageous! This is part of the broader effort to destroy the concept of a fair day in court.
Demanding someone drop everything and fly multiple states away with 72 hours notice, or be ordered deported is beyond the pale. https://t.co/PrAKMmfmpI
This should scandalize anyone who believes in DUE PROCESS. The Trump admin is rushing to suddenly reschedule huge numbers of immigration court hearings for immigrants, so they can order them deported when they miss a court hearing they never knew about.
Scoop: A new immigration court strategy is emerging: mega hearings that may result in more orders of removal if people are not there on time. Lawyers worry these target immigrants without attorneys and who may not know their hearings have been pushed up.
