از درگذشت ناگهانی سناتور لینزی گراهام، دوست ثابت‌قدم مردم ایران و مدافع سربلند آزادی، بسیار متاثر شدم.

در لحظاتی که به شفافیت و قاطعیت اخلاقی نیاز بود، سناتور گراهام در سمت درست ایستاد. در روزهایی که دوستان و همراهان مردم ایران اندک بودند، او در مبارزه با استبداد، در کنار آنان ایستاد.

او از جایگاه و نفوذ خود بهره گرفت تا صدای مبارزان راه عدالت در مراکز قدرت شنیده شود.

ایرانیان حمایت‌های سناتور گراهام را در جریان انقلاب شیروخورشید هرگز فراموش نمی‌کنند، و یاد او را همواره با سپاس و احترامی عمیق گرامی خواهند داشت.

مراتب تسلیت و همدردی خود را به خانواده، دوستان و همکاران سناتور گراهام، و همچنین به مردم ایالت کارولینای جنوبی و سراسر ایالات متحده آمریکا ابراز می‌داریم.

روحش در آرامش باد. امید که دیگران راه او را در مبارزه برای آزادی ادامه دهند.

هم‌میهنان عزیز،

جمهوری اسلامی می‌کوشد صدای واقعی مردم ایران را در میان هیاهوی مراسم حکومتی برای یک جنایتکار بالفطره و یکی از منفورترین حاکمان تاریخ ایران پنهان کند. رژیمی فرسوده، پوسیده و رو به زوال، با نمایش‌های ساختگی، تبلیغات دروغین و هزینه‌های هنگفتی که از جیب مردم ایران غارت می‌شود، تلاش دارد تصویری جعلی از مشروعیت برای خود بسازد.

اما حقیقت ایران جای دیگری ایستاده است؛ در کنار نام و یاد فرزندان دلاوری که با آگاهی، رشادت و فداکاری، در یکی از حساس‌ترین لحظات تاریخ این سرزمین، جان خود را در راه آزادی ایران فدا کردند.

بیش از ۴۰ هزار جاویدنام دی‌ماه، با آگاهی از خطرهای پیش رو، قدم در این مسیر گذاشتند. آنان می‌دانستند شاید دیگر هرگز به خانه بازنگردند، اما در لحظه‌ای که ایران به آنان نیاز داشت، ایستادند. آنان بر خلاف مزدوران ضحاک، برای وعده‌های ناچیز و منافع شخصی به میدان نیامده بودند. آنها، شکوهمند، برای بازپس‌گیری ایران و هویت ملی‌مان برخاستند. آنان که از جنس زندگی، باور و نور بودند، در برابر تاریکی ایستادند تا نام ایران زنده بماند؛ و نام‌شان برای همیشه در تاریخ سرزمین ما ماندگار شد. آنان نشان دادند که عشق به میهن، از ترس مرگ نیرومندتر است.

امروز شش ماه از آن روزها گذشته است، اما برای خانواده‌های شریف جاویدنامان، زمان همچنان در همان شب‌های دشوار متوقف مانده است؛ خانواده‌هایی که عزیز و گاه تنها نان‌آور خود را از دست داده‌اند؛ پدران و مادرانی که هر صبح با جای خالی فرزندشان چشم می‌گشایند؛ همسران، خواهران و برادرانی که در کنار رنج سوگ، فشار تهدید و سرکوب را نیز تحمل می‌کنند.

این خانواده‌ها تنها صاحبان یک داغ نیستند؛ آنها نگهبان و امانت‌دار یاد و فداکاری دلیرترین فرزندان ایران هستند. مسئولیت همه ماست که اجازه ندهیم این بار سنگین را به تنهایی بر دوش بکشند. وظیفه ملی و میهنی ماست که بیش از پیش پشتیبان‌شان باشیم؛ به دیدارشان برویم، صدای آنان را بازتاب دهیم، یاد عزیزانشان را زنده نگه داریم و در حد توان خود، نگذاریم فشارهای روحی، تهدیدها و دشواری‌های مالی، آنان را به سکوت و فراموشی وادار کند.

تاریخ بارها نشان داده است که هیچ قدرتی نمی‌تواند اراده ملتی متحد را که برای رهایی و ساختن آینده‌ای بهتر برخاسته است، برای همیشه خاموش کند. راهی که با فداکاری فرزندان جاویدنام ایران روشن شده است، ادامه خواهد یافت؛ تا روزی که ایران به آزادی، دولت ملی و آینده‌ای شایسته ملت بزرگ ما دست یابد.

جمهوری مصر و روسای جمهور آن از همان ابتدا، تا به امروز، همیشه و با ابراز محبتی برادرانه نسبت به خانواده پهلوی، در کنار ما بوده اند، و من برای همیشه از این همه لطف و دوستی بی شائبه سپاسگزار و قدردان هستم.

امسال دولت مصر، به دلیل مسائل امنیتی و همینطور اوضاع آشفته و درهم منطقه ای، صلاح در آن دیده که این مراسم در سطح دیداری محدود و تنها برای خاندان پهلوی انجام پذیرد.

رعایت کامل چنین تصمیمی برای من، همه فامیل پهلوی، و همچنین همه ایرانیان راستین و میهن پرست بطور کامل لازم است، و توقع من از همه هم میهنانم احترام و ارج گذاری به این تصمیم ملت و دولت دوست و برادر ماست.

Amid an escalating crackdown on Iran’s legal community, authorities have sentenced another lawyer to imprisonment and additional punishments.

Elham Zeraatpisheh, a member of the Fars Bar Association, has been sentenced to six years in prison, a two-year travel ban, and passport revocation by Branch One of the Shiraz Revolutionary Court.

Under the ruling, Zeraatpisheh was sentenced to five years in prison on the charge of “assembly and collusion against national security” and an additional year for “propaganda against the regime.”

Zeraatpisheh was arrested on May 4, 2026, near the Shiraz Office for the Enforcement of Judgments. She has previously faced judicial pressure and arrest in connection with her professional activities as a lawyer.

In recent months, the independent legal community in Iran has been targeted by authorities, with several lawyers facing arrests, prosecutions, imprisonment, and judicial harassment related to their work.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is facing a structural rupture from within, proving that its core is fundamentally fracturing. Far from a unified "state within a state," it operates as an entity torn between an ideological faction tied to a fading leadership, a hardline military faction demanding endless martyrdom, and a corrupt oligarchy focused solely on its own survival and economic dominance. As internal rifts widen, elements within the regime are already attempting to plan a rebrand, proposing a merger with the regular military to escape international accountability and launder their vast wealth.

We cannot allow the oppressors of the Iranian people to disguise themselves in a national uniform or transform into ordinary business partners. For decades, the IRGC has operated outside international law while bleeding Iran's economy dry and brutally crushing domestic dissent. This internal decay is the direct result of a society that has rejected their rule through waves of uprisings. The world must reject any cosmetic face-lifts or shell-game mergers by the regime; the only acceptable path forward is the absolute, legal dismantling of the IRGC.

سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی با یک گسست ساختاری از درون مواجه است که نشان می‌دهد هسته اصلی آن اساساً در حال فروپاشی است. این نهاد فراتر از یک «دولت در دولت»، به موجودیتی تبدیل شده که میان یک جناح ایدئولوژیک وابسته به رهبریِ رو به افول، یک جناح نظامی تندرو خواهان شهادت‌طلبی بی‌پایان، و یک اولیگارشی فاسد که تنها بر بقای خود و سلطه اقتصادی تمرکز دارد، گرفتار شده است. با گسترش شکاف‌های داخلی، عناصری در درون رژیم از هم‌اکنون در حال برنامه‌ریزی برای یک تغییر نام و چهره هستند. آن‌ها ادغام با ارتش منظم را پیشنهاد می‌کنند تا از مسئولیت‌پذیری بین‌المللی فرار کرده و ثروت‌های کلان خود را تطهیر کنند.

ما نباید اجازه دهیم سرکوبگران مردم ایران خود را پشت یک یونیفرم ملی پنهان کنند یا به شرکای تجاری عادی تبدیل شوند. سپاه پاسداران برای دهه‌ها خارج از قوانین بین‌المللی عمل کرده، اقتصاد ایران را تا مرز نابودی دوشیده و اعتراضات داخلی را به بی‌رحمانه‌ترین شکل ممکن سرکوب کرده است. این پوسیدگی داخلی، نتیجه مستقیم جامعه‌ای است که حاکمیت آن‌ها را در جریان موج‌های مکرر خیزش‌های خود رد کرده است. دنیا باید هرگونه تغییر ظاهر سطحی یا ادغام‌های صوری رژیم را رد کند؛ تنها راه پیش رو، انحلال کامل و قانونی سپاه پاسداران است.

CANADA DO NOT RE OPEN THE EMBASSY OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC!

Our organization, @IJCollective, was the first to report a couple days ago that Mark Carney and his government were privately making the case for why reopening Canada’s embassy in Iran would be beneficial.

When journalists followed up on our lead, they were told the information was incorrect or merely a rumour. We stand by our work. We do not publish reports without credible evidence and reliable sources.

Now, the truth is out. (See article below). Canadians must speak up and oppose any effort to normalize and restore diplomatic relations with the Islamic Republic. This is a regime responsible for the killing of children, the systematic oppression of women under gender apartheid, the sponsorship of terrorism, and the enforcement of a repressive theocratic dictatorship. It has also engaged in transnational repression, targeting dissidents, journalists, activists, and members of the Iranian diaspora far beyond its borders. The regime bears responsibility for the deaths of Canadians, including the victims of Flight PS752, and has repeatedly demonstrated contempt for international law and fundamental human rights.

At a time when Canadians continue to face concerns about foreign interference, intimidation, and transnational repression, reopening an embassy would send precisely the wrong message. We should not be creating new opportunities for a regime that has consistently sought to silence and threaten its critics abroad.

Just months ago, the regime intensified its brutal repression of the Iranian people with the slaughter of tens of thousands of innocent Iranians. Now, it appears poised to be rewarded with renewed diplomatic engagement. Mr. Carney, this is tone-deaf and cruel, not only to Canadians who have suffered because of this regime, but also to the countless Iranians who have sacrificed, suffered, and died in the struggle for freedom, justice, and human rights.

Canada must not allow the Islamic Republic to re-establish a diplomatic foothold in this country or reopen a platform from which it can advance its influence, intimidate diaspora communities, export its hateful ideology or activate its sleeper cells.

The structural cruelty of the Islamic Republic is written on the faces of Farideh and Kosar. Both were intentionally shot in the eyes by regime forces for the simple "crime" of demanding freedom and refusing the forced hijab. Farideh lost both of her eyes; Kosar lost one and now carries the heartbreaking weight of survivor's guilt just for still being able to see.

This is the true face of the Iranian regime and the IRGC targeting the eyes of young women to blind an entire uprising. Yet, despite the bullets, the forced exile, and the physical darkness, their spirit remains completely unbroken. Farideh’s beautiful smile and unyielding hope prove that the regime can steal their sight, but it can never extinguish the light of their courage.

وحشی‌گری و قساوت مأموران جمهوری اسلامی و سپاه پاسداران روی صورت‌های فریده و کوثر حک شده است. دو زن شجاع که تنها به جرم فریاد آزادی و حق انتخاب، هدف شلیک مستقیم تفنگ‌های ساچمه‌ای قرار گرفتند. فریده هر دو چشم خود را از دست داده و کوثر با یک چشم، بار سنگین احساس گناهِ دیدن را به دوش می‌کشد.

این است بهای سنگین آزادی در سایه استبداد مذهبی رژیم حاکم بر ایران؛ رژیمی که به چشم‌های جوانان شلیک می‌کند تا یک ملت را نابود کند. اما داستان فریده و کوثر، داستان شکست دیکتاتور است. لبخند فریده و امید بی‌پایان او ثابت می‌کند که رژیم شاید بتواند بینایی را بدزدد، اما هرگز نمی‌تواند نور امید و شجاعت را در دل نسل آزادی‌خواه ایران خاموش کند.

These two Iranian women were both shot in the eyes by the Islamic Republic for one simple “crime”: demanding freedom in the streets and refusing to hide their beautiful hair.

With the help of some German organization, we managed to help smuggle them out of Iran. Now they live in Germany.

Recently, I met Farideh first time, the woman in white, who lost both of her eyes after regime forces shot her in the face.

She told me she still believes she will see again.

I asked her softly, “Really?”

She smiled, a huge, beautiful smile and said:
“Yes. I believe I will get my eyes back.”

Then Kosar hugged her tightly and suddenly started crying.

Later, she told me why.

She said she felt guilty because she still has one eye left… while her friend lost both.

I cried too.

Imagine surviving bullets, exile, surgeries, pain… and still carrying guilt for seeing with one eye while your friend lives in darkness.

I wish I could do something bigger than just inviting them Europe to Europe, or giving them platform and telling their stories.

If technology ever makes that possible, I would give one of my own eyes to Farideh.

در روزهایی که شما با شجاعت در برابر رژیم اشغالگر ایران ایستاده‌اید، این نظام منفور و منزوی، همچنان به تجاوز به جان و مال مردم ادامه می‌دهد تا سرنگونی حتمی خود را اندکی به تعویق اندازد. در چنین شرایطی، وظیفه خود می‌دانم که تصویر عدالت در فردای ایران را برای کسانی که با جنایتکاران همکاری کنند، روشن‌تر ترسیم کنم.

در این راستا، از «کمیته‌ تدوین مقررات عدالت انتقالی ایران» خواستم درباره‌ دو موضوع مهم، نظر مشورتی خود را ارائه کند: نخست، موضوع مسئولیت کیفری افرادی که با ساختارهای سرکوبگر جمهوری اسلامی همکاری می‌کنند؛ و دوم، موضوع مصادره‌ اموال معترضان و خانواده‌های آنان.

این کمیته اکنون نخستین نظر مشورتی خود را صادر کرده و پیام آن روشن است: این اقدامات، همکاری‌های ساده یا بی‌اهمیت نیستند؛ بلکه «یاری‌رسانی به جنایت علیه بشریت» محسوب می‌شوند. هیچ مقام، هیچ دستور و هیچ بهانه‌ای نمی‌تواند مسئولیت کیفری فردی را از میان ببرد. بنابراین، هر فردی که آگاهانه و داوطلبانه با ساختارهای سرکوبگر رژیم همکاری کند، چه در داخل و چه در خارج از ایران، باید بداند که در معرض مسئولیت کیفری قرار خواهد گرفت:
خواه این همکاری از نوع گزارش‌دهی یا خبرچینی باشد؛
خواه از نوع مشارکت در ایست‌های بازرسی‌ باشد؛
خواه از نوع به‌کارگیری کودکان و نوجوانان در سرکوب معترضان باشد؛
و خواه از نوع تحصیل، انتقال یا خرید و فروش اموالی باشد که در جریان سرکوب از معترضان و خانواده‌های آنان مصادره شده‌ است.

از این رو، نه‌تنها افرادی که در صدور دستور، اجرای آن، یا تسهیل این مصادره‌ها نقش دارند در معرض مسئولیت قرار خواهند گرفت، بلکه کسانی که آگاهانه و داوطلبانه به خرید و فروش این اموال می‌پردازند نیز باید پاسخگو باشند. این مسئولیت، استفاده از اموال یا دارایی‌های آنان برای جبران خسارت واردشده به مالکان اصلی را نیز شامل می‌‌شود.

بنابراین، به همه‌ کسانی که امروز در صدد همکاری با دستگاه سرکوب رژیم هستند هشدار می‌دهم: پیش از آن‌که دست به اقدامی بزنید که به مردم ایران آسیب جانی، مالی و یا اجتماعی برساند، به آینده‌ خود و خانواده‌تان بیندیشید. به آن روز بیندیشید که ایران آزاد خواهد شد؛ روزی که حقیقت پنهان نخواهد ماند؛ روزی که اسامی آشکار خواهد شد؛ روزی که هیچ متجاوز و جنایتکاری از پاسخ‌گویی در برابر قانون در امان نخواهد ماند.

آن روز، ملت ایران حکومتی خواهد داشت که حقوق ایرانیان را محترم می‌دارد و ایران را به سرزمینی آزاد و آباد بدل می‌کند.

Erfan Arabi, a 20-year-old computer engineering student, has been sentenced to 8 years in prison by the Islamic Republic's sham Revolutionary Court just for participating in nationwide protests.

This regime is utterly terrified of its own youth and bright minds. From arbitrary arrests and brutal torture to forcing confessions and denying basic due process, the tyranny of the Iranian regime knows no bounds. The international community must not look away while an entire generation is being locked in dark cells for demanding freedom.

عرفان عربی، دانشجوی ۲۰ ساله مهندسی کامپیوتر دانشگاه آزاد بیرجند، تنها به جرم حق‌خواهی و شرکت در اعتراضات سراسری، توسط بیدادگاه انقلاب به ۸ سال حبس (۵ سال قابل اجرا) محکوم شده است.

این حکم، جلوه دیگری از تروریسم ساختاری و استبداد جمهوری اسلامی است؛ رژیمی که از نسل جوان، دانشجویان و آگاهی ملت خود وحشت دارد. بازداشت‌های خودسرانه، ناپدیدسازی‌های قهری، شکنجه برای اعترافات اجباری و محروم کردن زندانیان از حق داشتن وکیل مستقل، ماهیت واقعی این دیکتاتوری مذهبی را نشان می‌دهد. دنیا نباید در برابر سرکوب سیستماتیک و نابود کردن آینده جوانان ایران سکوت کند.

Erfan Arabi, a 20-year-old computer engineering student at Islamic Azad University of Birjand in Iran's South Khorasan province, has been sentenced to eight years in prison by a Revolutionary Court in connection with the 2026 nationwide protests.

He was verbally informed of the sentence on May 12. Arabi was arrested in February 2026 after being summoned by the Ministry of Intelligence, which confiscated his electronic devices. He was released on bail in April.

He was reportedly charged with “assembly and collusion against national security” and “propaganda against the regime." Under Article 134 of Iran’s Islamic Penal Code, 5 years of the imprisonment sentence is enforceable.

🔸 Thousands were arrested during the nationwide protests earlier this year, with many subjected to enforced disappearance and held without charge. Defendants have been denied access to independent lawyers, deprived of due process, subjected to torture and other ill-treatment to extract forced confessions, and handed heavy sentences, including the death penalty. The wave of arbitrary arrests has continued since the war began.

The Islamic Republic and the IRGC are dressing 12-year-old children in military uniforms and putting them at dangerous checkpoints in #Mashhad. This is a blatant violation of international child rights laws. If this regime has absolutely no mercy for its own children, why does anyone think they will show mercy to neighboring countries, Europe, or the rest of the world once they acquire nuclear weapons?

Europol said on Monday that 14,200 posts and links tied to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) had been targeted in a coordinated operation against online terrorist material.

The operation, led by Europol’s EU Internet Referral Unit, involved 19 countries and focused on content used to spread propaganda, recruit supporters and raise funds.

The material, Europol said, appeared across social media, streaming services, blogs and websites in several languages, including Persian, English, Arabic, French and Spanish.

The content, it said, included AI-generated videos glorifying the IRGC, political messaging, calls for revenge over Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and material linked to allied groups including Hezbollah, Houthis, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
