Canada
Your prime minister was installed. It's true.
He then won the election after having little chance.
Then he made deals to steal a majority.
His biggest accomplishment is enriching his own portfolio.
You are the only nation in the g20 having a recession.
They've shut down debate and are just ramming through bills to become law and entrap you in a digital prison.
And the majority defend it, love it, thank it.
Canada is being fleeced, we're being robbed, and most aren't mad at the people doing it, they're mad at the people seeing it.
On a more serious note - a lot of emotions probably after a day like day
If you didn’t do well, held something too long, fought the trend, whatever it may be
The most important thing this weekend is to be kind to yourself, negative self talk will not help you improve for the next week
This is a long journey, mistakes will be made a long the way. If you could time the market perfectly everytime wouldn’t be as much of a challenge right?
Reflect, journal, learn, improve but be kind and understanding to yourself
Have a great weekend 🫶
@semicorporate@CoopTory I literally think I can remember hearing the littlest hobo track while counting my 2’s hahah thanks for the trip down memory lane!
Millennial Potash Corp. has attracted a group of ultra-high-net-worth clans that are increasingly bypassing traditional funds to take direct stakes in critical resources. https://t.co/jusyB3Z3bG
We are learning that the Liberal government, now holding the slimmest of majorities in the House of Commons, intends to assert control over all parliamentary committees—over votes, witness selection, points of order, agendas, and more.
Committee work is among the most important responsibilities of Parliamentarians, full stop. It is where legislation is thoroughly examined to ensure that decisions made by government serve the best interests of all Canadians.
While the Liberals are entitled to seek greater control, what I witnessed firsthand in Ottawa last week was troubling: a tone of arrogance, along with the mistreatment of some witnesses who expressed views not aligned with the party in power.
This is what is unfolding, and Canadians should be aware. Parliament will look very different over the next three years—even with only a razor-thin majority.
Walk more.
I’m not saying going for a walk will solve all your problems, I’m just saying there’s almost no problem that’s going to be made worse by going for a walk.
Unbelievable new RBC report: Between 2015-2024, more than $1 trillion in investment exited Canada, making it the largest capital exodus in Canadian history.
This is the record of the Liberal government under Justin Trudeau and Mark Carney.
