@sintanaenergy . The market does not disconnect those things. In many ways, the undervaluation being complained about is partially a reflection of management’s own capital allocation and governance choices. All my points are valid no debate about that.
@sintanaenergy That is why it becomes difficult to hear management simultaneously state that the company is materially undervalued and that they are frustrated by the market’s valuation, while at the same time shareholders are reacting to management decisions around compensation and dilution.
@sintanaenergy Those decisions should be made based on where the company is in its evolution, what is appropriate for that stage of development, and what ultimately serves long term shareholder interests. Good governance is not about pushing regulatory flexibility to its limits.
@sintanaenergy You’re enriching yourselves with cheap shares while shareholders absorb the dilution. Promotional materials come out, excitement builds, then insiders sell into it to raise capital. The pattern is obvious, planned, and shareholders see it as completely facetious.
@sintanaenergy Robert Bose, the fact you felt the need to spend so much time defending management compensation says everything. The shareholder pushback is clearly significant because your actions are outside industry norms for a zero revenue company.
@coeus12345 @sintanaenergy@25robbose Kunnal I can’t disagree there. He definitely does engineer his moves in a way in which is enriching to himself. But for sure you tune changes as your long and short positions change. 🤣
@sintanaenergy Namibia strong, Uruguay upside. But this is a brutal look. Promoting with company funds then selling into that liquidity after a drawdown is unacceptable. Either he doesn’t give a shit or this was a massive misstep he needs to self correct. Self enrichment.
@sintanaenergy Time for new management. Biggest issue is when a junior hits it big. Managements refusal to pass the ball to the more experienced becomes a detriment.
@coeus12345 @Robin25461631@sintanaenergy@25robbose All component CEO’s hold their positions and never sell because they know better or the board does not allow any sales while in office. Regardless of regulations anyone with any sense of responsibility just knows better.
@coeus12345 @Robin25461631@sintanaenergy@25robbose But your sarcasm unfortunately has a lot more truth attached. Bozo talks up the story via company paid promotional content and then sells to the willing buyers. That’s exactly what stock promoters do. Big difference is he is not a stock promoter he is the top dog.
@ericnuttall Many are asking why the cryptic tweet and not responding directly. Either Eric is unloading or he is taking advantage of the dip. Either way you can be sure his silence is telling you he is actively buying or selling. He did mention they had an interest in being down south 😉
@JamesDoris19 Mr. Doris thank you for the update. You received comments back from the SEC. Can we assume there is no further comments required from them and the information you received is clarification enough to proceed with the 10K? Where is other “intel” coming from? Cheers.
@pnifnc75@SimsonMaxwell@JamesDoris19 That was classy! So much for education and maturity. Which is what is what separates those of us that have it and don’t regardless of level of frustration. Just saying b
@BobbyNugget5@ericnuttall@bnn_bull One day you will be right. I mean you have been wrong for 16 months. Your time is due bro. Hang in there, like a broken clock……
